Suddith rocks the Memorial

Today was the Lou Cox Memorial. My wife asked me if I knew who Lou Cox was. I stated what the website mentioned. She goes ya that's right he is the one who invented running in Dayton. I said that is impressive and she says with sarcasm, the running craze in Dayton. That cleared up some things.
The man Suddith finished his first 5k today. He ran the whole thing and was under his goal time. I felt like a proud papa. HEE HEE. Kidding aside, he did a great job. He had a short training period. I think if you know him you should give him a shout out at BryanSuddith.com. I am sure here would enjoy it. I believe that this is just a stepping stone for bigger things to come in the next year. We should all support him in his new adventure.
Congrats Bryan.
Plus he served a higher purpose today by advertising for a political race. He used a shirt but I thought he should have used shoe polish on his back. Plus he should have charged for the advertising space. If Casino's can do it so can political candidates.

The rest of the day was spent doing regular memorial things like cookouts, going to the cemetery, and resting. Plus I mowed the lawn. How exciting!

On to another fun work week and looking forward to future days off.

Love running and everything about it.

Later.
